President and founder of Unique Austin Homes, Inc., Ryan Brown, graduated with a Construction Science Degree from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University. He began his career in the Commercial Construction Industry managing and estimating office buildings, schools, shopping centers and other properties in the Dallas Metroplex. Having gained experience and knowledge managing large-scale projects he was offered a position as Vice President with one of the long-standing premier custom home builders in Austin. This opportunity allowed Ryan to return to his hometown and gain the foundation needed to establish his own Residential Construction Company.

Unique Austin Homes, Inc, was founded in order to fulfill a desire to focus on the customer relationship and artistry of home building. As you walk through one of Ryan’s homes, one can appreciate the quality of the craftsmanship as well as the attention to artistic details which make the home unique. With each project Ryan strives to surpass client expectations while establishing the trust necessary to build a positive, lasting relationship.
